Cat Bang  2016

Developed as one of my 2-week+ Studio Projects at Nanyang Polytechnic, Cat Bang is a co-op dungeon crawler game featuring weapon combos, a level editor and more. It was developed by a team of 4 programmers + 4 artists on Unity3D.

Responsibilities

I was the lead programmer of the game and worked on the game's AI framework, pathfinding systems, player characters, weapons, controls as well as the level editor's user interface. It was also the first time my programming team and I worked with artists outside of game jams and I worked with the lead artist to ensure that our schedule was in sync.

For the game, I also developed a global highscore system as a RESTful service leveraging Microsoft's ASP.NET Core 5 and Azure platform to create a highscore server.
